Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Rehangable ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The service

Rehangable lets you upload a photo of yourself and a garment image, and uses AI (via our processing partner, FASHN.ai) to generate a virtual try-on image showing an approximation of how the garment might look on you. Results are AI-generated approximations for guidance only — they are not a guarantee of fit, color accuracy, or real-world appearance.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide a valid email address and verify it to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

We offer a free tier with a limited number of monthly try-ons, and paid subscription tiers (Basic, Standard, Pro) billed monthly in GBP through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are offered for partial billing periods, if credits used are less than 40% of the billing cycle.

5. Your content and license to us

You retain ownership of the photos and garment images you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit it (including to our processing partner FASHN.ai) solely to provide the Service to you. You confirm that you have the right to upload any photo you provide — including that any photo of a person is either of yourself or someone who has consented to its use — and that Your Content does not infringe any third party's rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload photos of any person without their consent;
• Upload illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; or
• Use generated results to deceive, defame, or impersonate any person or brand.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Rehangable name, branding, and underlying software are our property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service, including all AI-generated results, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that try-on results will accurately represent how a garment will look or fit in real life. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
